Senior Technical Project ManagerSummary
The Sr Technical Project Manager reports to the Sr Director of Global IT Strategy & Procurement and supports projects within the Pixel United Office of the CTO. This role will manage technical projects from intake through completion to ensure that the project has delivered on the success criteria. This role will also support the efforts of the team by driving and impacting change across several geographical locations. The ideal candidate can navigate through organizational ambiguity and drive results that are noticed.What You'll Do
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into detailed project plans with defined deliverables
- Create transparency and predictability with roadmaps, quarterly planning, and communications
- Oversee projects that span multiple teams, both internal and external, across several time zones
- Communicate strategically and diplomatically when participating and leading discussions
- Find solutions to problems by relentlessly and tactfully navigating multiple organizations
- Work as an Agile advocate & coach across Technology teams
- Facilitate internal communications and effectively collaborate across several internal and external teams
- Give presentations or briefings on all aspects of projects
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience delivering technology projects from start to completion, on time, and within budget
- Proven track record of managing technology focused projects
- History of building relationships and partnerships through excellent collaboration and communication
- Proven ability to lead meetings and group conversations to stay on agenda and keep discussions moving
- Ability to remove ambiguity, manage dependencies, and communicate effectively across teams and executives
- Self-starter who takes ownership to improve the team and bring quality-driven results
