Bungie seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to help drive our IT initiatives. This highly-visible position will drive key areas around onboarding, asset management, and other high-priority efforts. In each case, this includes evaluating the current setup, finding areas for optimization, leading teams through the project management lifecycle, and overseeing change management across the studio.

In this role, you will work with a variety of teams across Bungie (recruiting, administration, HR, IT, and others), and all levels of leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Gather product or program requirements from customers, stakeholders, and sponsors
• Provide the role of an agile delivery lead across multiple efforts
• Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies; establish risk mitigations; and drive towards positive resolutions and outcomes
• Create (and hold teams accountable for creating) comprehensive, viable implementation plans with a supporting work backlog (including user acceptance criteria, success metrics, and ongoing analytics)
• Establish relationships with key teams, stakeholders, and sponsors; provide ongoing, rigorous status communications to that group throughout the project lifecycle
• Execute on broad-scale change management for assigned program(s) to support the successful roll out and adoption of new technology studio-wide
• Ensure delivery of robust documentation and training (at launch and ongoing) to support all large-scale initiatives
• Track and manage progress against project schedules and budget to ensure on-time, within budget delivery
• Forecast and secure budget for both fiscal and resource requirements
• Ensure project policy compliance: ensure systematic, appropriate reviews against security, privacy, and legal guidelines
• Monitor and work to improve team health, including performance issues, morale problems, and interpersonal conflicts

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Extensive experience in large-scale project / program management experience
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience managing agile teams, running scrum processes, and coordinating multiple small team efforts
• Exemplary communication and stakeholder management skills: status reporting, conflict management and resolution, public speaking to large (50+) groups, presentation creation and delivery
• Experience leading implementations within IT infrastructure, HR, administrative systems and / or similar teams.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
• Background working with and in an IT organization
• Experience managing projects and initiatives with cross-functional teams that follow different methodologies
• PMI-ACP certification
• PMP certification
• Scrum Master certification
• Scaled Agile certification

Most Bungie full-time employees will adopt a digital first approach allowing remote work in Bungie approved locations (outside of positions identified as 100% onsite in Bellevue/Seattle, or individuals preferring a hybrid/flex environment). Prospective full-time employees located outside of CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI will need to establish residency in one of the states we are compliant in within 45 days of a start date.
