Senior Technical Product Manager, Developer Services

The Unity Developer Services team is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager with a deep interest in improving not just what we develop, but how we develop.

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the vision and roadmap for your product area. You can break down complex problems into simple, effective solutions that drive product development at scale. You will collaborate with engineering, design and program management to identify areas of opportunity, assess new technologies and third-party solutions that will improve the developer experience.

This position will be based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Responsibilities

• You will own the product roadmap for your area to develop a best-in-class developer experience
• You will be an authority for your product area. You will identify customer needs and business opportunities through research, feedback and competitive analysis
• You will define, measure, understand and improve key metrics that support your product area
• You will make thoughtful product decisions, deliver clear and concise communications, and share insights and results throughout the company
• You will partner with stakeholders across product, engineering, design, operations and program management to ensure we are solving the right problems

Requirements

• Demonstrable track record of creating strategic product roadmaps and delivering measurable results for both customers and the business
• Previous experience defining, developing, and launching products or services within the Cloud, SaaS, Enterprise or internal tools domains
• Customer-oriented mindset, with a passion for deeply understanding customer needs and a motivation for solving their problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening skills, and an ability to resolve conflicts in a clear and efficient manner
• Comfortable discussing technical tradeoffs with engineers
