Scopely is looking for a Senior Technical Producer to join our Star Trek Fleet Command team in either Ireland, Spain, Portugal or the UK on a hybrid/remote basis.

What You Will Do

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Technical Producer to join our Infrastructure and Services team for our game Star Trek Fleet Command. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in the development of a groundbreaking game that will set new standards in the industry.

Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the infrastructure and services components of the Star Trek Fleet Command project, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of engineers and developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
Technical Oversight: Oversee the technical aspects of the infrastructure and services, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including design, art, and gameplay, to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure and services with the overall game development.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the project stays on track.
Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes to enhance team productivity and project quality.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical producer role within the game development industry, with a focus on infrastructure and services.
Leadership: Proven track record of successfully leading and managing technical teams.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of game development infrastructure, including cloud services, server architecture, and networking.
Project Management: Excellent project management skills with experience in agile methodologies.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
