As the Senior Tax Analyst, Compliance, you will be responsible for a dynamic workload and ad hoc projects. You will support the Federal and state tax compliance as well as the quarterly and annual tax provisions.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly estimated taxes, extensions and annual tax return workpapers
- Review tax returns prepared by outside service providers
- Manage federal and state tax notices
- Assist in tax audits
- Prepare/review tax account reconciliations as part of quarter end close
- Assist in compiling information for the preparation of the quarterly and annual worldwide tax provision
- Interact with external advisors to prepare and coordinate information for external advisors to prepare tax returns
- Manage tax calendar, maintain due dates for tax filings and payments
- Work on special projects as needed, including tax research and analysis.
What We Value
- 5+ years of both corporate and public accounting experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with high level of integrity
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- MS Excel skills required
- Strong organization skills and attentive to details
- B.A. in Accounting; CPA preferred
