Your Mission
We’re looking for a Senior Talent Professional (Recruiter) to join our Activision Publishing Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This is an exciting opportunity to partner closely with senior leaders across the Call of Duty Studios as well Central Studio Operations. You will get to flex your recruiting muscles across several disciplines including Engineering, Design and Production.
Position is based in Santa Monica with option for remote.
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Develop unique recruiting strategies to fill high priority roles
- Keep a keen eye towards diversity and influence hiring initiatives to ensure we’re delivering a diverse slate of candidates.
- Focus on proactive sourcing and networking for passive candidate engagement.
- Use data to track and monitor progress and adjust course as necessary
- Collaborate with our Talent Attraction team on employment branding and campaigns
- Work cross functionally with Talent Operations, HR, Sourcing, Compensation, and external agency partners
- Partner closely with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions, strong interview panels and champion recruiting process improvements
- Build broad market knowledge of the mobile and AAA gaming space to understand trends and the hiring/retention of top talent.
Player Profile
- 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with a minimum of 2 years of in-house experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Gaming industry experience is a plus, but not required.
- Prior agency recruiting experience a plus
- Process driven and proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve challenging problems.
- High attention to detail, team-oriented and ability to contribute to an inclusive work environment.
- Ability to pick up new ATS systems, tools and technology (e.g. Workday Recruit, Eightfold, etc).
