Senior Talent Partner

Our talented team is our signature. We have a highly creative atmosphere with around 300+ MPG folks, where you’ll have the opportunity to contribute daily to important decisions. You’ll work within an extremely experienced and passionate team, full autonomy along with support that is needed however, you’ll be fully responsible for making this role your own along with bringing your own special touches.

What you will really be doing:

• Reviewing applications and screening candidates
• Headhunting and directly sourcing talented candidates within your own network
• Maintaining a strong networking presence within the industry and with universities
• Being part of the interview process along with coordination of the interview process
• Attending recruitment and industry events to attract talent
• Involvement and coordination of the candidate experience
• Offer management from negotiating to issuing of relevant contracts be that permanent or for international candidates FTC’s

How you will be doing this:

• You’ll be part of an agile, multidisciplinary and creative team and work closely with them to understand the specialist roles that are required for our company culture
• You’ll think creatively to attract top quality talent using all possible methods, including marketing, networking and research
• You’ll work with cutting edge technology, if you need software or hardware to get the job done efficiently, we will make sure you have this to hand along with any other necessary tools for your role here at MPG

What we'll need from you:

• Previous experience in an in-house role within recruitment/talent acquisition, ideally in a technical environment however if you have experience within an agency, this can also be advantageous
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to build long lasting relationships from a standing start
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to travel from time to time( when safe to so)
• Interest for gaming would be a plus, this is at our core
