We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join our Recruiting Family. Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play an integral role in building relationships with hiring teams and creating a memorable and inclusive interview experience all while finding the best talent to join us and keep making Discord the best place to find and build community!

What you'll be doing

Act as a talent thought partner and subject matter expert by developing relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs to help them meet their hiring goals
Complete end-to-end ownership of your recruiting pipelines across Discord's different business channels
Understand how business goals affect the full hiring landscape and anticipate how organizational changes may improve hiring needs
Educate and coach hiring managers in Discord’s employment processes including interview techniques, selection process, and hiring system processes.
Recruit qualified candidates through sourcing on multiple channels, reviewing incoming applicants, and maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate
Identify process improvement areas and solutions, share and encourage best practices with the Recruiting, People Ops, and Executive team to ensure every candidate has a positive experience

What you should have

A commitment to and experience delivering high touch, outstanding service to our candidates and employees
An openness to learning and incorporating new recruiting strategies and processes
5+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting. Preferably in a high-growth environment or a company experiencing transformative change
A track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates
A passion for diversity hiring and educating hiring managers on the importance of building a diverse and equitable pipeline
