Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for our HR Team!

THE JOB

You would join our friendly and collaborative HR Team and work as part of our three-person Talent Acquisition team. As a studio we’ve grown from 45 people to 90+ over the last four years, and the journey continues. You will have an opportunity to join us at a time when you can impact how we develop our practices and processes to meet our growing needs. What will your day-to-day look like?

• Owner of full cycle recruitment for your specified crafts
• Advising hiring managers and training them on best practices
• Build strong collaboration with game production teams and hiring managers
• Hands-on innovative sourcing and recruitment
• Ensuring personable and great candidate experience
• Supporting with best practices, process creation, and documentation
• Supporting with recruiting metrics and analysis as needed

What will help you to be successful in this role?

• Experience in international games and/or tech recruitment
• Experience in creating and executing creative sourcing and recruitment strategies
• Experience in employer branding
• Understanding of candidate markets and trends
• Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills
• Results oriented, accountable and capability to take initiative
• Professional written and verbal English skills
