THE JOB

Housemarque is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our three-person HR team. We’ve grown from 45 people to 80 over the last four years and need your help with scaling our practices up to meet our growing needs in the future. Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist’s responsibilities include:

• End-to-end shared ownership of our recruitment process
• Hands-on recruiter
• Training hiring managers
• Co-operation with production and hiring managers
• Sourcing and talent pool
• Candidate experience
• Recruiting tools
• Recruiting metrics and analysis

We expect you to have:

• At least 5 years of experience in international recruiting, preferably from games or tech
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Deep understanding of Finnish Employment Contracts Act
• Human-friendly attitude
• Passion for continuous learning and sharing best practices with the whole Housemarque team

We also value:

• Supervisor experience
• Games industry experience
• Experience in successful employer branding
• Understanding that in a small team you will sometimes lend a hand to projects outside your normal job description
