Kabam is looking for a high-performer to be our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for intermediate to Management roles in the Engineering, Data, and Marketing departments
- Align your talent acquisition strategy with the company business goals
- Provide data-driven insights to support objective recruiting decisions
- Conduct talent acquisition activities (ie. ATS Management, recruitment events)
- Work alongside hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop strategies for Kabam to attract top-tier talent
- Continually research and analyze best recruitment practices and effectively communicate them across internal teams
- Continually research and explore recruiting innovations and talent strategies
- Manage internal communications and administrative duties for the Talent Acquisition team
- Strategize and coordinate sourcing activities including tailored job postings, advertising, and recruitment & branding events
- Carefully craft and reinforce the recruitment brand at every touchpoint, raising awareness of and interest in Kabam in the talent marketplace
In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for:
- Solid understanding of recruiting metrics
- Knowledgeable in recruiting analytics and data mining
- A client service oriented and know-your-candidates/hiring managers mindset
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting and candidate management experience in an agency or in-house setting, preferably for technical roles in the gaming/high tech industry
- 4+ years of technical recruitment experience is a must
- Proven track record in successful hiring director level or above
- Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communication
- Experience liaising with multiple groups internally (recruiters, hiring managers, etc.)
- Experience working in an ATS, preferably with Lever
- A team player with a high sense of urgency
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize what’s important
- Ownership and self-motivation for continuous learning and improvement
- A highly creative and persistent mind-set
- An agile and adaptable approach in fast-paced and changing environments
- Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communication
- Post-secondary degree in HR or related field
