As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership of the Talent Acquisition team for Ubisoft Romania Studio. You will be in charge of the planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategy.
Your main mission:
Key areas of responsibilities:
- End to end Talent Acquisition strategy building and driving for Ubisoft Romania, attracting the right people at the right time and mindful of the cost for the business, the candidates segments and the business needs
- Recruitment marketing & employer branding, working alongside the Corporate Communication Team
- Sourcing, headhunting for executive and key positions within the organization
- Process owner and technology owner for all in scope systems and tools used for recruitment & offers
- Critical program management for internships, employee referrals, management trainees, graduate programs
- Data analytics and metrics for Talent Acquisition
- Team management
Key Responsibilities
- You are accountable for setting the business wide TA Strategy which enables business to have the right people to deliver business objectives and have an effective recruitment process
- You set the Recruitment and Selection Policy for the business. You shape and lead the provision of recruitment, encompassing a range of activities to meet organization’s objectives
- You align the TA strategy by candidate segments and ensure there is an approach defined for each of the segments, in the most appropriate manner and in line with the people strategy and with the market trends and competitors
- You are accountable for negotiating and sourcing a preferred supplier list of recruitment agencies which can source talent for the organization; you manage the relationship and you agree priority roles to be managed by the agencies
- You work closely with Organization Development and Talent teams to develop strategic workforce planning interventions
- You are accountable for the development and deployment of best practice approaches and activities such as selection methods, assessment centers and psychometric testing
- You are accountable for the delivery of resourcing consultancy to the business. You provide expert advice and guidance to the business and individuals
- You look externally to identify market trends, competitor activity and opportunities to improve resourcing in the business
- You are responsible for external employer brand, using innovative ways to promote Ubisoft Romania as employer of choice
- You own and control HR policy and process in TA specialism
- You set performance standards for team and direct reports
- You develop, implement and maintain robust operational MI; in collaboration with the analytics team/representative, you develop a relevant TA dashboard to measure effectiveness and performance of the TA team and processes
- You provide MI to stakeholders as required and determined appropriate
- You collaborate with other HR teams and Business teams to support the transfer of knowledge and collaboration, as needed
- You effectively manage, motivate and develop the team members
- You facilitate a culture which recognizes and maximizes the value of the contribution of people
- You develop and promote ongoing feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes
- You identify and drive the sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement
- You identify new opportunities for HR to add value to the business
- You maintain knowledge of progressive HR practices and key trends
Qualifications
The professional value you bring:
- Solid experience in Human Resources, either in HR Generalist or specialist role, preferable in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
- Solid experience in team management
- Experience in leading employees, leaders, projects and change management in support of results for the businesses/functions
- Experience in fast paced organizations with a strong focus on people development, with innovative people processes and with HR functions that went through transformations
- Preferable experience in media, entertainment, technology, software industry
- Experience in working alongside senior leaders
- Previous experience in working with international teams and in international projects
- Business acumen and strong business judgment connecting human resources with business strategies and goals
- Advanced English
- French will be a plus
