Sound interesting? Great! I have an exciting opportunity to join our Talent Acquisition Team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, who will lead our incredible teams across our European studios.
About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Team at Tripledot Studios sits at the heart of our business, attracting and nurturing our candidates, collaborating and partnering with departments and adding true value through every interaction we make.
In this newly created role within the Tripledot Talent Acquisition Team, you will partner with me our Group Director of Talent Acquisition, and lead a growing team based out of our European Studios (Barcelona and Warsaw). Tripledot is currently transitioning from start-up to scale up and I am looking for someone who can support and nurture our talented team, create an exceptional candidate experience and truly add value to the teams we support in the business.
It wouldn't be right if you didn’t own some roles yourself either so you will take on a number of strategic senior leadership roles within the business, however, your main focus will be leading our team, adding value to our departments, ensuring candidates are cared for and delivering our hiring objectives.
A day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Manager - What you’ll be doing
- You will be accountable for the success of our hiring within our Barcelona and Warsaw studios, ensuring that Tripledot has an industry-leading hiring journey, that wows our candidates and the departments that we support
- You will act as a key business partner to our European teams, to deliver on our talent strategy, by building effective processes and ways of working that allow us to hire top talent in an engaging and timely manner
- You will lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, Talent Sourcing Partners and Coordinators, developing a culture of fun, development, growth and collaboration
- You will partner with our geographically dispersed teams on company projects and initiatives such as our employer brand roadmap, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and wider projects such as early careers schemes, training and development and the TA technology roadmap
- You will level up our approach to using and understanding data, ensuring that Tripledot is able to tell compelling stories to leadership in a transparent and confident manner
- You will build collaborative relationships with the wider HR Team ensuring that we are one connected team, working seamlessly across the business
Requirements
- You will have experience working within and leading an in-house talent acquisition team, ideally within a startup or scaleup environment. Bonus points if you have worked in a progressive technology or creative business
- You will have experience in and a love for leading, coaching and mentoring a passionate talent acquisition team
- You will have demonstrable experience in delivering at scale, alongside the ability to build talent pipelines that allow Tripledot to move from reactive hiring to pro-active hiring
- You will have a strong understanding of technology hiring and have demonstrable experience hiring talent into a broad range of software engineering functions
- You will have a data-driven approach to talent acquisition and be passionate about telling stories and solving problems through the use of data
- You will be passionate about and have experience in creating an industry-leading candidate and hiring manager experience
