Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who takes joy of supporting a Talent Acquisition team operating in the games industry. At Build a Rocket Boy we are building a world class team of Game Developers across the globe and your job will be to support the business by providing a strong administrative support and recruiting coordination with key business stakeholder (e.g., team communication, interview scheduling, assessment coordination, etc.) while delivering a great candidate journey.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a proactive individual with exceptional organizational and scheduling skills who will expertly facilitate the smooth movement of candidates through our recruitment pipeline, ensuring an efficient and positive experience for everyone.

You will support the Talent Acquisition Partners in all manner of recruiting support activities such as:

• Schedule, manage and coordinate candidate interviews.
• Manage the applicant tracking system as “Super” user and be the main point of contact for system queries.
• Being a first point of contact for candidate queries.
• Publishing job adverts.
• Support the team in managing external recruitment partners providing metrics on success rates and performance.
• Preparing reports on hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and time-to-hire.
• Planning and organizing recruitment events in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Manage our social media career channels and collaborate with Marketing & Brand team on content
• Support HR with onboarding new candidates.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a coordinating/planning role, preferably in the field of HR or recruitment
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Good command of Excel
• Demonstrated ability to execute responsibilities in a fast paced, high volume creative environment
• Proactive approach to work
• Excellent co-ordination skills - ability to prioritise workloads to ensure end-to-end delivery
• Experience and interest in social media usage and content creation
• Innovative and pro-active - takes initiative and shares ideas across the team, constantly looking to implement improvement to current processes and methods
• Strong relationship building skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business
• Confident user of MS Office packages and applicant tracking systems; in particular Greenhouse
