Senior Game Systems Engineer

Join Believer's team as a Senior Game Systems Engineer for our flagship game. Collaborate with artists, designers, and engineers to implement core game systems and development workflows in Unreal Engine. Guide essential engineering efforts that are critical to building a fun, performant gaming experience for players. You will report directly into the VP of Game Engineering.

What you'll do:

• Design and develop core game systems and features in Unreal Engine 5, enhancing performance and quality for players
• Collaborate with the team to create efficient production workflows and development tools, elevating content iteration and quality to unprecedented levels
• Evaluate and troubleshoot technical issues with build stability and runtime operation, providing a smooth experience on all devices
• Push the boundaries of open-world development and digital distribution across multiple platforms (PC, Mobile, Console)

You are a great fit if:

• 5+ years experience working on C++ game development
• Experience with Unreal and modern game engines, digital content creation tool, and their development pipelines
• Experience working on live service-based game and/or cross platform game development and deployment

What we offer:

Annual salary range: $157,000-$231,000
