We’re looking for a Systems Designer known for being able to design, communicate and maintain game systems. Our Systems Designers will also be responsible for providing prototypes of systems to quickly prove functionality in early development as well as documentation of those systems and exploring how those systems can be used in other titles being developed at the company.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 3 years in systems design, scripting or gameplay programming
• Must have shipped a minimum of 1 AAA title as a Designer
• ​​​​​​​Game systems design experience
• Curiosity and drive to understand how things work
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability, autonomy, proactivity
• Structure, attention to detail and efficiency
• Ability to clearly express ideas
• Ability to understand and communicate in technical language
• User focus
• Programming/scripting experience
• Professional UE4/UE5 experience
• Experience with economy dieting and progression is highly preferred
