Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical expert in system administration for Windows operating systems
- Day-to-day administration of infrastructure, applications, user accounts, Windows systems, and tools such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Performance monitoring and maintaining of system performance, IT system operations, internal tools, and storage utilization
- On-going technical analysis of server and desktop systems to determine appropriate improvements
- Administration and support for various applications such Enterprise Office 365, Slack, Zoom, MS Teams, JIRA, Parsec, Qualys, Tanium, Carbon Black, ESET
- Configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Windows servers and Workstations
- Configuration, deployment, and maintenance of database servers and repositories
- Racking and installation of server and networking equipment
- Patching and updating workstation, server, and networking equipment
- Create and maintain installation, procedure, and support documentation
- Collaborate with the helpdesk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and provide escalated technical support to users when needed
- Collaborate with studio stakeholders and partners to ensure IT standards are followed
- Collaborate with the greater SIE teams and partner studios to facilitate ongoing project collaboration
- Provide mentorship and training to other members of the IT team

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location. Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
In addition, this role may be eligible for bonus and SIE’s top-tier benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, matching 401(k), paid time off, wellness program and coveted employee discounts for Sony products.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.
$98,600 — $147,800 USD
