Senior Sound Designer - Marketing

Job Description

CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Senior Sound Designer for the Marketing Team. The person in this position will work closely with our video team in order to achieve the highest quality of promotional videos like trailers, teasers, video ads, e-sport events as well as monthly projects such as streams, offline recordings, invest conferences etc.

Daily Responsibilities

• Working closely with video editing team and creative/art director on delivering highest quality audio for our trailers, teasers etc;
• Supporting our video team during live streams and events.
• Recording audio on set, recording audio for internal live videos (eg. interviews, making of's).
• Working close with dev audio team – to be able to use fully in-game audio and music; creating music edit in close cooperation with video editor and music composer.
• Working together with the asset producer, sharing pipeline and deadline responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years experience with significant project contribution as a ‘Sound Designer’ (or similar).
• Previous experience with creating audio for trailers, teasers, films, as well as supporting live events and audio on a film set.
• Sound design skills, showing creative flare and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Knowledge of audio editing tools such as Audition, Reaper, Pro Tools, Nuendo, Waves and iZotope plugins.
• Knowledge of audio recording on set (mic techniques, use of timecode, on set recorders and equipment)
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn new in-house audio tools and software for content integration.
• Independent and able to take ownership.
• Passionate about audio in games.
• Fluent in English.
