Senior Software Engineer

Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Senior Software Engineer in San Francisco, CA to utilize Software Profiling Tools to monitor and optimize performance of deployed software services. Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, or related field or equivalent, and three (3) years of experience architecting, designing and implementing RESTful web services, API and algorithms. Prior experience must include three (3) years of experience deploying, monitoring and maintaining large scale Restful APIs for optimization across platforms, applications and devices; collecting, defining and analyzing feature requirements to develop critical components of cloud based network software services; deploying, monitoring and managing Cloud Services; leveraging AWS S3 for bulk file storage operations; designing and implementing SQL and NoSQL database solutions; and, in executing duties, utilizing Object Oriented programming languages including Java and Integrated Development Environments including IntelliJ, and Eclipse.
