As a Senior Software Engineer in Integration Tooling, you’ll be interacting with development teams across Unity, improving our internal infrastructure and tooling to allow testing and shipping releases.

This role is based in Copenhagen as part of our Developer Success effort, focusing on bringing the next-generation game development platform (Data-Oriented Tech Stack) to the masses.

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting in technical design as well as hands-on implementation, using your broad knowledge to guide and influence tough technical agreements
• Address complex architectural problems with simple, intuitive designs
• Collaboration and alignment with cross-disciplinary teams
• Developing and implementing continuous integration and deployment strategies
• Supporting development peers with deeper technical investigations on issues
• Interfacing between our development teams and our internal infrastructure/tooling development teams

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a large scale software development company
• An excitement for gluing disconnected systems, tools, and services together to enable developers to better understand the impact of their changes
• Experience in large-scale Continuous Integration systems
• Knowledge of distributed version control systems like Git or Mercurial
• Experience working with remote and international teams

You might also have

• Strengths in C++, C#, Go, and/or Python
• Experience in Continuous Integration involving multiple fast-moving codebases
• Experience in multi-platform development (Windows, Mac, Linux)
• Experience with the Unity engine
