We are located in the heart of Orange County, CA and have team members working remotely throughout North America. We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to be a part of our Core Technology team. You will architect automation systems to support our development team.
Responsibilities
- Architect automation system which is responsible for execution, monitoring, reporting on automated tests
- Work directly with engineers from all teams to support their automation needs as it relates to automation framework functionality
- Work directly with release management to execute tests from a central Jenkins hub
- Maintain and extend existing automation framework components
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional automation experience
- Proficiency in C#, C/C++, and Visual Studio
- Experience with writing shell scripts and/or other tools to automate tasks
- Rapid problem-solving and firefighting skills
- Understanding of different automation reporting methods and how best to use them for informing studio decisions.
- Comfortable working in an iteration driven environment and with minimal oversight
- Strong communication and team problem solving skills
Preferences
- Prior experience shipping a multiplatform title
- Previous work on Multiplayer Action Games and FPS's a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering
- Experience as an SDET automating tests on a AAA multiplayer action game

The estimated base pay range for this role is: $121,000 - $166,000
