Position Summary:
Support the Retail Marketing Manager with the execution of retail promotions and campaigns.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with the Retail Marketing Manager and Sales team to execute retail promotions across Europe within deadlines
- Manage the relationship with US design to ensure our assets are received as needed
- Arrange kick-off meetings ahead of projects with US design and our print partners
- Compile creative briefs for our agencies and ensure the brief is understood by the agency to limit creative amends and to reduce costs
- Assist the Retail Marketing Manager with onboarding new partners. Present our brand and creative guidelines to external agencies
- Update and maintain the Retail Marketing POS Bank and catalogue, storing layered files for future campaigns
- Supply all necessary assets to retailers and retail marketing agencies.
- Work with internal teams to seek approvals for final retail materials.
- Assist with other aspects of retail program execution, e.g. costume character appearances, Social play events.
- Assist with retail compliance and store checks.
- Assist the TCG Sales team and Retail Marketing Managers with preparing retail pitch presentations.
- Gather promotion performance data to create post-campaign reports and recommendations
- Prepare merchandising briefs and collate store lists within agreed deadlines
- Maintain the PO tracker and ensure payments with accounts are processed within the financial year
- Support the Licensing team with retail executions as necessary with guidance from the Retail Marketing Manager
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure our campaigns are supported online and with B2B, B2C communication where necessary, with guidance from the Retail Marketing Manager
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ retail marketing experience.
- Very keen eye for detail required.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong, clear communication skills.
- Conversant with MS Office packages, especially PowerPoint and Excel; and other relevant IT software packages.
Education:
- A-levels minimum. Degree preferable.
- Marketing/PR qualification

Work Conditions:
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally.
- The role is principally based in London – however TPCi London staff may work from home till January 2022. This policy is subject to change.
- From January 2022 TPCi will implement a hybrid Working From Home – Office working pattern. Full details available on application.
