About the role
Wildlife is searching for a Recruiting Lead, who will be responsible for leading the hiring strategy for our Distribution Team. We are looking for an experienced professional who will have deep experience recruiting for various functions, that will leverage data to inform decisions, and has the ability to guide and influence stakeholders.
We seek someone with passion about recruitment and candidate experience to help us continue to grow our company. The right person will be comfortable in a "take initiative" environment, loves solving people problems and can thrive in a fast environment. This role is all about bringing on the smartest folks, maintaining our culture as we grow, and running an efficient process to keep it moving.
What you'll need
- 8 or more years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
- Experience with hyper-growth/fast-paced companies
- Previous experience with management of recruiting teams
- Bachelor's degree
- To be technically savvy (a must)

What you'll Do
- You'll engage with our Distribution hiring managers to hire the talent that will thrive
- You'll partner with stakeholders across locations on needs analysis, role identification and the hiring process for all roles
- You'll lead and coach our outstanding team of distribution recruiters
- You'll lead and manage an effective and efficient talent acquisition process for the teams that you work with
- You will hire for senior roles within the structure
- You will help to create a memorable & high-quality candidate experience through the acquisition flow
- You will showcase your passion for the industry. That means intimate knowledge about the market & target companies
