Senior Recruiter

In order to be able to create more world-class digital toys, we're currently looking for a recruiter for our teams in Stockholm.

Role description:

As a recruiter at Toca Boca you will work in close collaboration with hiring managers and technical experts, managing all aspects of our hiring process. From writing job descriptions, to negotiating offers and everything in between. This job requires you to be both strategic and consultative as well as administrative and with attention to details. You will be responsible for hiring for all open positions across the studio, from game teams to supporting functions like marketing, devops and office.

What you will be doing:

• Finding and attracting top talent for open jobs across the Stockholm studio
• Closely collaborate with hiring managers and studio leadership
• Interviewing candidates yourself as well as training teams and hiring managers in interviewing
• Organizing employer branding and university relations activities
• Administration, like scheduling interviews, updating ATS, writing contracts

We believe that you are:

• An experienced recruiter, with a couple of years of experience in a similar role

• An excellent communicator in both English and Swedish

• A networker who enjoy meeting new people

• Interested in the gaming industry

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office. This is a fixed term employment, with good chances of being renewed.
