Effectively manage all Recruitment for your area(s) of responsibility. Ensure an efficient support in terms of recruitment is delivered to the business whilst delivering against key initiatives to support the achievement of the overall HR strategy.
Work with your Manager & Studio Management teams to identify, scope and implement commercial and pragmatic HR recruitment solutions in response to business needs. Provide HR expertise, advice and management information to Line Management as required.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
- Working closely with Recruitment Managers to support and manage our recruitment needs and support for entire recruitment process.
- Work with Studio Management to understand, monitor and deliver great hires to meet our headcount targets.
- Manage full recruitment process from scoping of new roles, advertising, sourcing profiles reviewing CV’s, arranging Interviews to making offers.
- Fully utilize Sumo’s Applicant Tracking System (Lever) to ensure effective reporting of data and process compliance.
- Recruitment Marketing – proactively identify job boards, events and networking opportunities for recruitment, and be active on social media to promote Sumo opportunities.
- Agency relationships: Building, monitoring and evaluating agency relationships; negotiation of terms.
- Development Of onboarding resources for new hires and often offering direct assistance in candidate relocations.
- Involvement in ad-hoc HR/recruitment projects

- A great recruiter with a track record to demonstrate success, ideally from within the gaming or visual effects industry.

- A great copywriter with cool ideas and an enthusiasm for social media.
- Able to communicate confidently, build relationships, influence & challenge when necessary.
- Able to operate with diplomacy, tenacity and patience when dealing with multiple stakeholders.
- High energy and enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Technically minded with the ability to pick up new software and technology.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Expertise
- Minimum Level _Master of Business Management or any equivalent course
- Minimum 4-5 years HR recruitment experience at a Senior level from within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR Recruitment Process and its wider application.
- MS Office Experience – Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook. And eager to learn or has any previous experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) would be stellar.
- Have some experience in HR/Recruitment would be an added advantage.
- VFX & Games industry interest/knowledge/experience an advantage.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
We are happy to employ a remote Senior Recruiter as long as you’re comfortable to travel travel to Studios for which you are responsible from time to time.
