We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager / In-house Recruiter to take on the next big challenge:
As our new Talent Acquisition Manager / In-house Recruiter, you will help us find the best colleagues for our passionate mobile games teams. The candidates you will find and attract will be Game Programmers, Game Designers, Server Engineers, Product Managers, User Acquisition Specialists, Analysts, Artists, Marketing Managers, and many others. They may already live in Finland, or anywhere else in the world, the only thing that matters is the best fit to the role.
In this role you will:
- Have ownership of Next Games Recruiting process and activities from start to finish
- Work closely with hiring managers to drive recruitment and close candidates for hard-to-fill positions
- Source high quality candidates through LinkedIn, social media and other relevant channels
- Attend Recruitment and Industry Networking events to engage with potential candidates
- Provide initial candidate screening and high level evaluation of skills, experience and knowledge relevant to the role
- Build Talent Pools and engage with them regularly in order to proactively build candidate pipelines
- Partner with and manage recruiting agencies
- Own social media strategy to build Next Games’ talent brand
Desired skills and experience:
- 5+ years recruiting experience in a similar role
- Proven track-record of identifying, approaching and closing candidates for hard-to-fill roles in an international environment, either from a headhunting agency or as an in-house recruiter. Ideally, some of your recruiting experience comes from within games, technology or entertainment industry
- Proven experience building talent pipelines and cultivating relationships with prospective candidates
- Ability to excite potential candidates about their future role and Next Games
- Sales mindset
- Experienced user of LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Passion for games
- We would consider it a plus if you already have a large candidate network within the games industry and are familiar with the roles
