Senior Recruiter

We are seeking a talented Recruiter with expertise in distributed development recruiting.The ideal candidate will have extensive professional experience recruiting across a variety of gaming disciplines at a very high level. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates for and managing job openings across multiple disciplines and regions. This candidate will need to be able to proactively source passive candidates for our offices located in: Washington, California, and/or Texas. The Recruiter must be extremely detail-oriented, be a skilled conversationalist, and possess superb organizational and analytical skills. This candidate will be required to work closely with hiring managers to define and qualify position requirements, generate and post job descriptions, and implement proactive recruitment strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years hands-on recruiting in the gaming industry
• 5+ years of hands-on recruiting both in-house and agency
• Proven track record of proactively sourcing and hiring passive candidates across multiple gaming discipline
• Experience supporting a distributed staffing team
• Ability to maintain extreme confidentiality
• Effective multi-tasking and time-management skills
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion
• Highly polished professional demeanor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with particularly strong Excel skills

• Experience using myStaffingPro and/or Greenhouse
• Passion for gaming
