We are the biggest game developer and publisher of Brazil. We are also owners of the brand Jogatina , we have a vast portfolio of games developed for Android and iOS, mainly classics such as Buraco, Dominoes, Mahjong, among others. Also, we have the websites jogatina.com and thesocialpoker.com, besides other games created for other platforms (iOS, Android and Netflix!)

Qualification and Technical Requisites:

  • BSc in Psychology
  • Solid experience in recruitment
  • Advanced English (constant interface with foreign applicants and with the Gazeus branch in Canada)
  • Previous experience in HR/ Recruitment tools such as Bamboo HR

Main responsibilities:

  • Development of strategies for talent acquisition in order to make the process more effective
  • Be responsible for the complete cycle of recruitment management: productive mapping, profile screening, behavioral assessment, new talent acquisition programs, offer and negotiation with applicants
  • Be responsible for the department metrics
  • Work in constant partnership with the hiring managers, understanding their expectations and team needs keeping them up-to-date on the selective process status
  • Run the behavioral analyses and define the selective process phases chronogram
  • Responsible for sending the offer letter to the selected applicants, following up with the hiring process steps up to the official onboarding
  • Be ahead of new talent acquisition programs
  • Support teams in diversity and inclusion projects
  • Work on brand engaging actions, participate in events and important meet-ups to bring attention to Gazeus community
  • Responsible for the new collaborators’ onboarding, ensuring that they have in their start in the company all the information on culture, values, and structure
  • Follow up 1:1 with new collaborators
  • Run offboarding interviews
  • Support on multidisciplinary activities of Employer Branding, Endomarketing, and Culture Development.
