Senior QA Tester (SEA)

The Role:

Perfect Storm Studios is seeking a Sr. QA Tester from South East Asia to support the development efforts of our team. As a Senior QA Tester, you will not only be responsible for ensuring the quality of the game but also the processes within the QA Team at Perfect Storm Studios.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the QA Manager to maintain and improve the QA Process
- Take part in planning sessions for assigned projects
- Support the Development Team by performing high-quality testing of features as they are implemented.
- Execute and maintain test cases on assigned projects as well as ad-hoc testing on focused areas
- Test product and game quality according to given specifications
- Find, report and verify issues on assigned test cases
- Compose daily and weekly project reports for the QA Manager, which includes test estimates for features based on scope and complexity.
- Training and Mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

- Prior experience as a QA Tester for a Game Development Company
- A passion for gaming and MOBAs
- Experience with PC, Console and mobile games.
- Advanced understanding of MOBA gameplay dynamics.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to focus for long periods
- Patience and persistence

Bonus Points:

- Prior QA Leadership Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
- Coding or Scripting Experience
