QA Games Tester

We’re looking for a QA Games Tester to join our team of talented testers in our cozy and central Copenhagen office. At Tactile, you’ll have the opportunity to play and test games that touch millions of players like Lily’s Garden and Penny & Flo.

As a QA Games Tester at Tactile, you'll be vital in making sure our games perform flawlessly and deliver exceptional experiences to our users. That means you'll be on the front lines from idea to release and get to experience the excitement of introducing features first hand. Let’s dig into specifics: You’ll mainly be responsible for testing new game features of our beloved match-3 mobile game, Lily’s Garden. That includes prioritizing testing tasks, participating in sprint reviews, delegating tasks to your team members, and generally having a good overview of things. Further down the line, there’s also the opportunity to test new game projects that we're currently growing. You’ll shine in this role if you enjoy taking charge, working in a team, and sharing your thoughts and ideas in a constructive and productive manner. Being proactive in completing tasks and brave in challenging decisions is key to success in this position.

What you'll be doing:

• Work cross-functionally with the rest of the Lily’s Garden Product team (that includes programmers, designers, producers and product managers) to understand our products and define testing requirements
• Play our games across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, and Kindle) to identify any quality issues and bugs
• Record and classify severity and report any issues to ensure they are fixed before release
• Create and maintain a list of bugs and escalate issues as necessary
• Keep track of testing tasks and prioritize the most important ones
• Distribute tasks among team members

What we're looking for:

• A strong background in mobile or game testing experience
• Ability to create concise and accurate reproduction steps
• Ability to effectively and productively communicate with stakeholders across all organizational functions
• Knowledge in test planning and test creation
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA or Monday
• Experience with Agile methodologies

• Experience with supporting or leading team members and delegating tasks accordingly
