Senior QA Engineer

We're looking for a talented and passionate Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, to join Wildlife's Quality Assurance team.
As QA Senior analysts, you will be responsible for estimating, planning and executing test cases, as well as evaluating the risks and impacts in the tests. You are also expected to help with team growth and share knowledge, understand testing demands and communicate test priorities to both developers and other analysts and quality metrics. Professional posture and leadership skills are very positive, even if this is not a leadership role per se, as it will help them interact with various roles and higher job levels.
At this job level, you can also be the first analyst to join a new game project, being responsible for helping a new dev team establish processes and quality standards, and for being the point of contact between project teams and QA.

What you'll do
- Be part of a cross-functional team, directly contributing to feature development and maintenance;
- Advocate for the user experience when communicating with product, design, and tech;
- Provide the team with a quality strategy that supports the team's delivery goals and aligns with the overall Wildlife's' quality strategy;
- Be part of a highly-skilled quality chapter, owning initiatives to improve quality processes, metrics, and tooling.
- Advocate for the game's quality in general considering development of features, bugs and product information
What you'll need
- University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Systems Analysis and Development or related experience;
- Broad/ Previous professional experience in software development;
- Understanding of computer concepts (data structures, networking, concurrency, memory management, and algorithm analysis);
- Excellent knowledge of software testing concepts (testability, escape rate, regression, unit, integration, soak, stress, test automation);
Nice to Have
- Experience implementing DevOps tools such as Chef, Ansible, Jenkins, or similar.
