Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for an experienced engineer to help us elevate our world-class client software on mobile platforms. Responsibilities
- Create and manage QA engineering team.
- Create and manage test plans based on feedback from field.
- Handle escalations of any product issues found in the field to ensure that they are covered and understood
- Support our “automate everything non-trivial” goal, especially test cases
- Analyze existing tests and look for room for improvements and make those improvements
- Analyze features under test and look for opportunities to cover the feature more comprehensively
- Create infrastructure, tools and demo apps that allow us to better test our SDK
- Collaborate with Product Management and other cross-functional teams to balance priorities with schedules
- Collaborate with other engineers to ensure our products are fully tested and working perfectly
- Automate everything non-trivial, especially test cases
Requirements
- Experience with one or more programming language
- Experience owning product or product area
- Experience leading teams of QA Engineers
- Experience defining baseline for product quality
- Understanding of Git and related tooling
