Senior Publishing Producer

You will be a part of the PMO team and work closely alongside multiple teams to support existing and new gaming titles and to improve and support our publishing team’s mission and vision. You will report to the PMO lead and work closely with the publishing and development teams
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project / program management in a fast-paced role with accountability for delivering projects with multiple components and multiple partners and collaborators
- Experience working with publishing and/or development teams
- Experience maintaining relationships with partners and agencies
- Ability to work independently, to prioritize and to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Understanding of creative, production, engineering and software development needs and processes
- Strong track record in delivering global products, and understanding of marketing challenges
- Maintaining project schedules and status reports
- Comfortable managing teams and providing mentorship
- Experience communicating across a variety of cross-functional stakeholders, working across time zones and international offices
- Skilled in building and optimizing complex workflows, managing budgets and delivery timelines
- Comfortable working with various task management tools
- Excellent time management, communication, and multitasking skills
- Will embrace company diversity and multiculturalism
- Passion for working on video games and entertainment content

- Identify and implement ways these groups can operate more effectively in a growing and evolving company
- Ensure work is done within budget and that internal teams and partners adhere to their service level agreement
- Facilitate communication of project requirements, share insights, resolve any issues and ensure that we operate according to our overall strategy
- Work closely with existing teams responsible for tasks, tools, and practices, analyze the gaps and work on opportunities for improvement
- Bridge the gap between multiple teams working in the same space, take initiative to educate and to align with their roadmaps
- Coordinate the review workflow with internal and external resources
- Review, prioritize, and supervise products’ content quality and functionality
