Senior Publishing Partner Manager - (Maternity Cover)

THE JOB AND THE TEAM!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Publishing Partnership Manager looking for a short-term project to help Jagex deliver on existing and new brand and marketing partnerships across the Jagex portfolio of titles. The successful applicant will join an experienced team, working on all of our titles.
Working within our talented JXP team, you will:
- Lead and support on identifying & delivering brand & marketing partnerships that appeal and increase player engagement, working with partners such as: Non-endemic & endemic brand partners (Monster, Logitech, Asus, SteelSeries, etc), Streaming Platforms (Twitch, YouTube), OEMS (Razer, Corsair) and Others as determined
- Work with marketing, product and other key stakeholders to ensure that we deliver partnerships that amplify and support player updates on key game activities, ensuring strong communication and achievement of shared goals
- Lead on identifying, pitching and closing deals with publishing partners across the gaming ecosystem. Support senior management on more complex deals
- Close deals that generate material revenue, brand awareness and/or player engagement for Jagex across our portfolio of titles to ensure we hit revenue targets / other associated KPIs
- Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements, working cross functionally throughout the organisation
- Work with analytics, marketing and other stakeholders to understand the player base on a title-by-title basis across the portfolio
What we need:
- Track record of delivering partnerships in the gaming space driving material impact
- Experience in product marketing and / or business development in gaming / media & entertainment
- Ability to self-start and work effectively to pressure deadlines
- Excellent inter-personal, organisational, planning, visual and oral communication skills
- To maintain a strong level of communication with all relevant team members and stakeholder throughout partnership production and implementation
- The ability to craft business cases to pitch in partnership opportunities internally and get key stakeholder support
