Senior Public Relations Manager

The opportunity

We seek a dynamic and experienced PR Manager, Corporate and Product, who will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our media communications strategy. You will be a driving force behind our media relations program, building and maintaining relationships with key reporters across the business, industry and advertising sectors. Your ability to pitch and place Unity stories, understand industry trends, and integrate our voice into relevant conversations is crucial.

What you'll be doing

• Craft content that resonates with stakeholders, ensuring our messages are clear, consistent, and impactful.
• Build, execute and nurture relationships with key media outlets and reporters through proactive outreach, responding to media inquiries. and managing communications effectively across various platforms.
• Proactively develop and implement PR campaigns that help build Unity’s reputation; monitor and analyze the media and industry landscape to keep Unity at the forefront of relevant and important conversations.
• Partner with company spokespeople to ensure media readiness and effective communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align communication objectives and deliver cohesive messaging across all channels.
• Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of communications efforts to ensure continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in media relations, ideally across broadcast, traditional media, podcasts, newsletters, and social media within the tech industry.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with reporters, pitch stories successfully, and secure coverage.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft creative, impactful and compelling content.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies.
• Strong attention to detail and results-oriented approach. Adaptable mindset and approach, with an understanding of the full communications landscape.

You might also have

• Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
