Senior Localization Project Manager - Gaming

Keywords is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Localization team at Keywords Headquarters. The role is to manage Game localisation projects for world-renowned Games publishers. The position involves managing projects with differing schedules, scope and internal/external teams. Key role responsibilities cover:

• Ownership of Game localization projects from Start to Delivery
• Work collaboratively with localization agencies, internal Keywords & client’s teams to meet project deadlines
• Manage localization schedule budget & resources
• Ensure adherence to Keywords quality process
• Manage communication across all phases & teams involved in the Game localization process
• Act as primary client contact to key account

Additional responsibilities:

• Host regular project meetings with all project team & stakeholders
• Manage deadlines and ensure deliver to client requirements
• Optimise collaboration with external resources and work with internal teams to plan capacity needs
• Deep knowledge of leading CAT, CMS & MT technology and experience implementing in multi lingual localisation processes
• Streamline communication between internal teams
• Participate in establishing best practices, templates and tools to optimise processes & efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Senior Localisation Project Manager or Team Lead
• Experience in the Games industry
• Strong leadership competency
• Team-oriented personality
• A Passion for Games
• Excellent English both written and verbal
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
