Senior Project Manager, Marketing Strategy

The opportunity
Modern marketing at Unity is data-driven marketing. This vision requires recurring measurement, goal-setting, experimentation, and improvement against goals. We are hiring a Marketing Strategy Project Manager to own the building of the processes and tools that will enable this recurring cycle.
The Marketing Strategy Project Manager is a systems thinker who travels to the outer edges of a problem and works their way back to reveal all the parts and how they connect. They will focus on crafting the execution framework and structure of measurement across all marketing functions. They understand the broader executive-level marketing objectives and build the scaffolding to ensure the vision becomes a reality.
What you’ll be doing
- Program management of the building of needed marketing measurement processes and toolsets
- Dashboard of the highest level marketing metrics for regular review by the Chief Marketing Officer
- Continue to build and maintain the integrated marketing planning view.
- Mapping stakeholders to input sources and data quality.
- Develop the process by which claims are verified and ensured to be updated with the required frequency. Publish an easy-to-navigate view for Unity employees to search for verified claims or to submit new claims for verification. Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure adoption.
What we’re looking for
- Deep understanding of creative project management across static, motion, and video content.
- Stellar interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to pivot optimally.
- Self-reliant, analytical problem solving with the ability to synthesize information into action plans.
- Knowledge of Airtable and/or Asana or other comparable project management platform
- Experience at an agency or in-house agency working with various production and creative teams
