In close collaboration with multiple transversal teams, the Sr. Project Manager of Community Systems will manage the implementation of innovative solutions and the development of the existing portfolio of information systems used by the Global Ubisoft Community Team. The main responsibility of the Sr. Project Manager of Community Systems is to ensure that the Global Ubisoft Community Team has the best tools and processes, enabling them to provide the best experience to Ubisoft players. This role will be embedded in Ubisoft Community operations and act as the key representative for internal business & operations stakeholders when collaborating with transversal teams on projects. The role requires passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a great ability to organize and prioritize across a range of projects and requirements.
In your scope, you will :
- Drive improvement of existing information systems used by the Global Community Team.
- Gather, document, and prioritize the requirements of business stakeholders within the Global Community Team.
- Collaborate with various teams across Ubisoft, such as the Data office, to ensure timely implementation of the business requirements.
- Implement novel information systems to help the Global Community Team achieve operational objectives.
- Lead the rollout of new systems and new features to existing systems within the Global Community Team.
- Organize communication on project implementations & product evolutions, and coordinate change management & adoption.
- Plan and maintain the portfolio of systems roadmap alongside the Community Operations Team.
- Handle various system administration duties.
- Assist with reporting on the activity of the Global Community Team regularly.
Qualifications
- Experience managing projects with internationally distributed teams.
- Strong experience working with Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization & ability to prioritize tasks and projects.
- Keen interest in emerging technologies & their use in Community.
- Good working knowledge of Engagement Platforms (e.g., Sprinklr).
- Experience working with Jira and other PM and collaboration rools
- Good understanding of working on an international team.
- Curiosity, reliability, and ability to deliver.
