Senior Project Management Lead

Job Description:

The Service Technologies team is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized Senior Project Management Lead to drive development initiatives from inception to completion. In addition to leading cross-company projects, the Senior Project Management Lead will mentor and grow the members of the team, as well as work with development and business teams to shape and manage the development pipeline. We are looking for a dedicated project leader to continue Service Technologies commitment to software development to match the epic standards of our games.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the day-to-day operations of multiple large-scale, global projects
• Manage projects within constraints of time, budget, and quality in an Agile Scrum methodology
• Timely reporting on projects, offering insights to the business and technology teams to mitigate risks
• Hold timely retrospectives, document, and track to completion delivery improvements across the organization
• Work directly with development, HR, marketing, finance, and support teams globally to seek feedback and understand complex design and business issues
• Manage the performance of, and provide coaching, to producers/project managers on the team, fostering a highly productive, fun team environment
• Identify change management opportunities and key areas for employee engagement.

• Organize and delegate the assignment of tasks for the project team. Ensure all resources are effectively allocated and tasked to keep all projects on schedule
• Assist in defining 3-5 year strategy and roadmap for Service Technologies, aligned to overall corporate initiatives

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management
• Excellent multi-tasking and prioritizations skills in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in people management and people growth over time. Able to lead and motivate through change
• Strong understanding of Agile software development processes, project management methodologies, and tools (Confluence, Jira, MS Project, MS Visio)
• Organizationally savvy verbal and written communications skills with the ability to flex the right communication approaches and skills for the appropriate audience
• Unrelenting self-motivation and initiative
• Proven experience managing schedules and project resources to achieve desired results on time
• Exemplifies emotional intelligence, knowing how to relate to team members and build lasting professional relationships at all levels of the organization
