Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Senior Program Manager in San Francisco, CA to coordinate and collaborate with both internal and external partners to estimate efforts, define milestones, execute and deliver technical projects according to high standards. Requires a Master’s degree in Engineering (any), or related field or equivalent, and two (2) years of experience owning and driving end-to-end delivery of multiple large cross-regional, crossfunctional IT initiatives with multi-level dependencies. Prior experience must include two (2) years of tracking progress, identifying and managing the resolution of computer system dependencies, and mitigating risks and communicating status pertaining to these to upper management and stakeholders; establishing and enhancing standard methodology and technological metrics standards for internal computer system development initiatives; establishing technical execution processes for technical domain areas, and driving cross-functional execution of software delivery; developing, executing, and monitoring delivery roadmap and milestones and preparing and presenting status updates to executives; and utilizing Agile, Scrum, Jenkins, Splunk, ServiceNow, Gitlab, Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
