What We Need
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager, TA Operations to support TA Operations and special project for our global Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll oversee a small team of Coordinators who provide day to day tactical TA support. You’ll also be a hands-on influencer, working with TA Leadership and cross-functional partners to build and deliver differentiated talent acquisition plans across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Oversight of TA Operations team to ensure day to day tactical execution of interview scheduling and general administrative tasks is complete.
- Own TA data analytics, reporting, and dashboards.
- Partner with TA and cross-functional leaders to develop critical talent insights that inform and shape Publishing, Studio, and TA Program strategies.
- Lead ATS/TA system process management, change management, and ATS/TA system training as needed.
- Partner with TA and cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities to improve and streamline ATS/TA system processes.
- Advise, coach, and support TA Leadership, Recruiters, and Coordinators on ATS/TA system best practices.
- Partner with legal team to facilitate set up of TA vendor agreements with 3 rd parties, ie agencies, TA systems.
- Oversight of special projects to help improve TA Operations, including quality of employee referral programs, candidate experience, and pipeline development.
What Will Make You A Great Fit
- 6+ experience in TA, HR, or Operations role with a medium size global company.
- 2+ People leadership experience, including coaching and developing others.
- Project management experience with excellent organizational skills, ability to meet tight deadlines, and navigate shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience building and supporting scalable processes, tools & systems for a global recruiting team. Huge plus if experience supporting TA Operations in US, Canada, Europe, and Asia and have familiarity with local data compliance regulations.
- Experience with Greenhouse. Huge plus if experience with Workday.
- Experience with both Microsoft and Google Suites
- Advanced Excel skills, can work with large data sets to create pivots, graphs, and dashboards.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions that impact strategy, process, and outcomes.
- Role can be onsite or remote. Strong preference for some who is available to work Pacific Standard Time.
