About the role
This role will lead and manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects and programs. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. This role will be primarily focused on Central Services projects which include Localization, CS, QA, Audio, and Playtesting.
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain program management plans, project charters, and other related project documentation for projects related to Central Services.
- Lead cross functional project teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and programs
- Develop and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and work with team members to mitigate and manage them
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Conduct regular status meetings and report progress to senior leadership
- Evaluate and improve program management processes and procedures to ensure efficient delivery of projects and programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in program management
- Proven track record of managing complex programs and delivering successful outcomes within budget and on-time
- Strong project management skills, with track record of delivering localization projects on time and within budget
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in a variety of localization tools and technologies
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
- Fluency in English
