Senior Program Manager, CRM Marketing (TEMP)

Blizzard Entertainment is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic program manager to lead key marketing initiatives. As a senior program manager, you will be responsible for leading key business initiatives/projects that help enable our business stakeholders to achieve their goals.

As an ideal candidate, you must enjoy seeing a project from inception through completion, with a track record of delivering projects on time with the highest level of quality and stakeholder satisfaction. You should have experience managing CRM campaign operations and/or marketing technology implementations. Candidates should have experience across multiple project management methodologies, share a passion for our games, and understand the nature of publishing work.

COVID-19 Hiring Update: We’ve transitioned to a work-from-home model and we’re continuing to interview and hire during this time. This role is expected to begin as a remote position and may remain remote for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead large scale or highly complex projects, programs or strategic initiatives
• Work with cross-functional teams throughout Blizzard and Activision to manage milestones, deliverables, and timelines related to CRM campaign launches
• Lead and collaborate with development teams on CRM technology implementations across email, push and SMS
• Manage deliverable scope, timeline, & quality assurance
• Drive teams to deliver against agreed-upon tasks and timelines
• Provide ongoing status & progress reports
• Perform issue & risk management
• Perform ongoing stakeholder communication & change management
• Perform user acceptance tests (UAT) for MarTech integrations
• Manage vendor/partner relationships and communication

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
• A minimum of 2 years of experience leading project initiatives in a marketing, advertising, creative, communications, or technology department within an organization
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in relevant field
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent communication and presentation skills through multiple levels of management
• Self-motivated with strong initiative
• Certifications or experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, or PRINCE2
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

Pluses

• Experience with Swrve, Salesforce and Wrike
• CRM marketing campaign management experience
• Marketing tech and/or Ad tech software implementation experience
• Project management experience with CRM teams
• Experience working at an entertainment and/or gaming company
• Project Management Professional (PMP certified)
• Graduate degree in relevant field
• Passion for Blizzard games
