Senior Product Policy Manager, Monetization

As a Senior Product Policy Manager for Monetization, you’ll take the lead in defining and developing our external Community Standards and internal enforcement strategies with respect to advertising and monetization products on the platform. As a part of Roblox Product Policy team, you will have a profound impact on our broader product and user safety strategy. You will collaborate internally with our product, business, and operations teams to draft policies, engage with our creator community, and help drive the business forward safely. You will report to Roblox’s Director of Content Policy, sitting within our larger Safety Product organization.
You Will:
- Draft platform policies related to our creator economy, advertising, and monetization products
- Collaborate with our product and business partners to support developments in our monetization ecosystem from a policy and trust and safety perspective
- Help build the policy team infrastructure, as an early member of a growing team
- Work directly with our product teams to build enforcement systems and safety tools
You have:
- 5+ years of experience in the online trust and safety and/or product policy space, ideally with a consumer-facing product
- Subject matter expertise in advertising, monetization, or other revenue generating product features
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; Able to distill complex questions into their component parts, analyze possible solutions, and propose viable policy paths forward
