Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join Osmo and become a leader within our team. If you are passionate about building go-to-market strategies, driving positioning, and managing marketing campaign initiatives we would love to talk to you. Our ideal candidate can collaborate cross functionally across product, PR, research, marketing, and design and is excellent at understanding the Osmo user and bringing that understanding to life.
Responsibilities
- Drive Go-To-Market strategy for product and marketing calendar initiatives, including but not limited to product naming, value propositions, pricing, and channel distribution strategies
- Develop compelling positioning & messaging that differentiates Osmo and resonates with target customers
- Work with product managers and other stakeholders to determine customer needs, relevant products and features to address those needs, and collaborate on product development roadmaps
- Work cross functionally to develop innovative marketing programs that are impactful to the business, drive sales, category leadership and customer satisfaction
- Gather and leverage quantitative and qualitative insights from research and analysis to inform go-to-market plans
- Support and execute go-to-market plans, collaborating closely with product, partnerships, PR, and other cross-functional teams to drive product awareness and adoption
- Manage complex and collaborative projects that span across the company by driving alignment and buy-in with multiple stakeholders like leadership, product feature teams, and different departments
- Measure and optimize the customer journey as it relates to product and feature adoption by defined and emerging customer segments
- Deliver and be accountable for detailed plans, timelines, and stage exits
- Manage stakeholder reviews, approvals, and feedback cycles
Requirements
- Expertise in taking qualitative and quantitative data and translating it into marketing messaging
- Understanding of the marketing funnel and channels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills to be able to look at metrics and KPIs and draw conclusions
- Experience in the entertainment / toy / tech space (3–12 y.o.) is a plus
- BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or engineering. MBA is a plus
- Past experience in Product, Product Marketing, or similar role. 5+ years or similar level
