As a member of the Consumer Product Marketing team, you will get to be an advocate for all our users and have a leading role in defining market and product strategy for Discord, and shaping how our products are positioned globally. This is a crucial hire, and step one in building the Marketing team’s muscle as the “voice of the customer.”

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead research and strategy for Discord's consumer products. You will work closely with product leaders and cross-functional teams to influence product & marketing strategy decisions that align with Discord's mission. You will report to the Group Product Marketing Manager, Strategy & Growth.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $175,000 to $191,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
