The Manager Product Marketing is a critical partner and team member that markets Aristocrat Gaming games to our casino partners. The individual will help shape game launch strategy and deliver flawless execution to achieve company objectives. The individual will be responsible for translating brand strategy into tactical action and results, working with key stakeholders. Collaborating with cross-functional partners to coordinate new product launches is a key responsibility for this position. We are seeking a great team player with strong marketing fundamentals and a proven track record of launching products. This highly visible role will lead and participate in company presentations, customer engagements and ensure strong partnership and collaboration with the field team and other internal stakeholders.What You'll Do
- Work with Product Managers, Development, Marketing and Sales to assess market needs, create a product marketing launch strategy, and align product releases according to business priority
- Assist in development of internal and external-facing product roadmaps to support each assigned line of business
- Learn games, review, and provide messaging for marketing materials, develop departmental presentations, and assist the business in presenting products to casino buyers
- Facilitate easy understanding of products via engagement tools that provide maximum impact in a succinct amount of time
- Assist in trade show and sales meetings or other marketing initiatives
- Participate in messaging of product videos and other department projects as required for product launches
- Utilize marketing performance metrics in partnership with Insights and Analytics team to measure success of campaigns
- Assist and enable regional and executive sales leadership to effectively meet their goals in placing products and gaining market share
- Adherence to Aristocrat’s unwavering commitment to responsible gaming values
- The candidate will gain a sound understanding of Aristocrat Gaming’s Americas business and will drive key game marketing strategy within target segments. Understanding product positioning, branding, and messaging will be a key success factor in this role.
- The Product Marketing Manager role is a key area of strategic focus for Aristocrat Americas. Knowledge of the gaming industry, firm understanding of slot game mechanics, customer segmentation, casino floor operations, product placement variables that achieve maximum performance is preferred.
- Developing core product messaging and strategic marketing campaigns for key stakeholders to ensure optimal performance across the gaming install base and portfolio will be a core competency in this role.

What We're Looking For
- Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field
- 2-5 years of on the job demonstrated product marketing, product management or sales experience, managing product assets in a B2B environment
- Slot gaming experience is preferred for this position.
- Ability to apply principles of logical and organized thinking to a wide range of marketing methodologies.
- Ability to multi-task, communicate clearly, prioritize product efforts, work with cross-functional teams to drive strategic marketing execution.
- Proficiency in applied marketing and strong visual and presentation design ideas and skills.
- Demonstrated product positioning, messaging, branding, and strategic planning skills
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite; particularly: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Experience with Highspot and Pardot is preferred
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro is a plus
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
