Senior Product Manager - iOS Application

We are a worldwide gaming loyalty platform operator and publisher. Our purpose is to enable free-to-play mobile game players to get rewarded for their hobby. We launched Justplay in the US in 2020, and now our product is in the top 100 most downloaded Google Play apps in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and as of recent the rest of Europe. While our team is based in 8+ countries with our headquarters in Berlin, Germany. YOUR MISSION

Your job goal will be to oversee and manage the design, development and maintenance of the JustPlay app for iOS devices. You will take the lead market analysis, product design, UI/UX management, developing product roadmap, managing publishing process in multiple regions worldwide and analysing user feedback in order to ensure high level of user retention. We already have JustPlay Android app, which will serve you as guidance and North Start for our product value proposition.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for:

• Identification of user requirements for game loyalty app and mobile application trends monitoring (UI/UX, features, etc)
• Developing product design with reference to existing Android app
• Reviewing and updating JustPlay App functionality and features
• Developing a product rollout roadmap and supporting KPIs
• Working closely with development team to ensure we're on track with product features development and rollout
• Fully owning publishing process
• Launching new marketing in close cooperation with our User Acquisition team
• Managing App performance and user feedback

THE EXPERIENCE WE HOPE YOU BRING TO JUSTPLAY:

• Previous experience in end-to-end mobile application development
• Experience in iOS app development and launching apps on the iOS Appstore
• 4-6 years of working experience
• Strong interest in gaming industry
• BSc in Management, Marketing, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science
• Fluency in English

WE WOULD CONSIDER AS A COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE:

• Experience in mobile gaming will be a plus
• Technical background will be a plus
