We are taking a bold bet in our game creation methodology, and this new Director of Product Management role will be central to accelerating the work of some of the world’s best game developers. Our team works closely with engineers, artists, designers, distribution specialists, data scientists, among others, to help develop games that impact people's lives all over the globe.
About the Role
As a Director of Product Management responsible for Game Platform Services, you will be responsible for creating a new set of services and capabilities that will support a revolutionary new model in mobile gaming, leveraged by a growing number of some of the world’s best game developers. Game creation, monetization, distribution, and operation will be at the center of what we need to build and iterate on, though this is just the beginning. You will be the end-to-end owner of the business, including the P&L, and will provide input as well as being the ultimate decision-maker for this initiative. You will manage the entire product lifecycle, from formulating product strategy and presenting clear and measurable objectives to day-by-day tactical activities.

What you’ll do
- Be the single-threaded owner of our Game Platform Services initiative, which is a top strategic bet for the company;
- Manage the entire product life cycle from formulating product strategy and presenting clear, measurable objectives to day-by-day tactical activities;
- Lead the global vision and backlog for the product (i.e., macro and micro product roadmap);
- Own the product’s P&L;
- Manage the production and delivery of all product-related communication with the company’s leadership;
- Coordinate actions within the core team and with related teams (engineering, monetization, distribution, data science);
- Provide product leadership (through your own experience, data analyses, benchmarks, customer/expert interviews, etc.) within the product's core team;
- Drive a solution set across development teams through market requirements, product specifications, and positioning;
- Work with customers and stakeholders to drive alignment and communicate product updates;
- Analyze potential partner relationships for the product and have an active role in new product development.
What you'll need
- 10+ years of customer-facing (internal/external) product development and product management experience, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services
- Advanced analytics skills (e.g., statistics, AI, ML)
- Outstanding written, oral, and organizational ability
