Senior Product Manager

The Unity Developer Services team is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a deep interest in improving not just what we develop, but how we develop software at Unity.

As a Senior Product Manager for Developer Services, you will be responsible for helping shape the products and services that empower our internal engineering teams. We are looking for someone that can break down complicated problems into simple, effective solutions that drive product development at scale. A big part of this role is collaborating with engineering, design, and program management to identify areas of opportunity, evaluate new technologies and third-party solutions that will improve developer workflows at Unity. This is an exciting opportunity to help us craft the future of developer workflows and services!

What you'll be doing

• Define, prioritize, and deliver the strategy, vision, and roadmap for your product area
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and requirements
• Work cross functionally with design, engineering, and customer success teams to build solutions that have measurable impact
• Help define and measure key success metrics

What we're looking for

• 5 years of experience in product management at a fast-paced SaaS technology company
• Experience shipping developer oriented products, tools, or services
• Proven track record of crafting strategic product roadmaps
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable discussing technical tradeoffs with engineers
